This is a full hour of healing frequencies, from gongs to singing bowls, solar harmonics and Mongolian overtoning. We offer these sounds, trusting that we will all take what we  need to heal or bodies, minds and spirit. We may journey to other relms or inward to release tension, stress and disharmony. All of which are the precursers of illness. Why wait until we feel unwell when we can bring our bodies back into harmony before it emerges.
