About the event
We spend some gentle quiet time, learning the Vocal sounds for the Chakra system and the Taoist tones for the major organs. We breath, sound, and meditate on the Chakra or Organ. We very quickly still the mind and relax the body. All this, followed by an hours gong bath. We quickly find ourselves letting go of life problems, stilling the mind, so our body can begin to heal itself. Last time i found myself walking home as on a cloud.
I'm teaching the tools you can carry with you, anywhere you go. On the top of a mountain, or in a forest, these are your tools for life. No previous experience necessary.
Cost; £40 each. Time; 3 hours.
Come in comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat and a warm blanket .
Please note, On arrival, walk through the arch/ tunnel to the church behind the main building.
