We spend some gentle quiet time, learning the Vocal sounds for the Chakra system and the Taoist tones for the major organs. We breath, sound, and meditate on the Chakra or Organ. We very quickly still the mind and relax the body. All this, followed by an hours gong bath. We will be so relaxed we won’t know what to do with ourselves.

I'm teaching the tools you can carry with you, anywhere you go. On the top of a mountain, or in a forest, these are your tools for life. No previous experience necessary.
